At KYT, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
